ARTISTIC RIGHTS:
The Client(s) hereby agrees that he/she fully understands that there are no full refunds or exchanges on purchases after the session is completed due to the custom nature of portrait photography. Bring to Mind Photography retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client. Images will be edited in line with the Photographer’s style. Additional editing beyond what is considered standard by Photographer will be billed at $25 per image. RAW files will not be released to the client(s) under any circumstance.

POLICY AND TERMS

-In-person reveal and ordering appointment which will follow the session, in approximately 1-2 weeks.

-Each image is hand edited by Bring to Mind to Mind Photography by Patricia Winesickle to the best of her ability. Any additional editing request after the images are delivered will result in additional charges.

-The Photographer may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of her illness or unforeseeable conflicts in scheduling. In the event of such substitution, Bring to Mind Photography warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be a competent professional.

-NO cell phones allowed during the session.

-Must agree to read and sign COVID-19 guidelines and liability waiver, as well as my normal contract to be signed in order for the session to take place.
